We’re Gill, Daren, Isabella & Darcy dog — thank you for visiting our website.

We bought Quarry Bank in 2018, after many years of falling in love with Beadnell and the surrounding Northumberland coast.

Gill has been visiting Beadnell since the 1970s, holidaying with her parents and sister in a touring caravan near the dunes. What started as childhood holidays soon became a lifelong connection to this special place.

As a couple, we’ve been coming here for over 20 years. We began with a touring caravan of our own, but quickly realised we never wanted to holiday anywhere else — so we upgraded to a static caravan in the village.

Eventually, we decided to put down more permanent roots, and Quarry Bank became part of our story.

As a family, we never tire of the friendly, welcoming atmosphere, the beautiful long sandy beaches, and the many places to explore nearby. It’s somewhere we genuinely love spending time, and we’re always delighted to share it with others.
