Changeover Days
Our standard changeover day is Saturday. This allows us to prepare the property to the highest standard for incoming guests.
Outside of peak periods, we may be able to offer more flexible arrival and departure days—just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Short Breaks
We offer short breaks during the quieter months, from early November through to the end of March (excluding school holidays), making them ideal for weekend getaways or midweek escapes.
3 night breaks: Saturday – Tuesday
4 night breaks: Tuesday – Saturday
Short breaks cost £350 (excluding Christmas)
Dogs
Dogs are welcome (up to 2 per stay). If you would like to bring more than 2 dogs, please contact us in advance to discuss.
A charge of £15 per dog, per booking applies, reflecting the additional cleaning required after your departure.

Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer or cheque. Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide all the necessary payment details.
A non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure your stay, with the remaining balance payable no less than 6 weeks before arrival.

Prefer to Book Through an Agency?
Our holiday cottage is also available to book through holidaycottages.co.uk for anyone who prefers using an agency. Please note that the rental price is a little higher there to cover the additional agency fees.
